SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Stratosphere Studio LLC (doing business as Stratosphere) ("Stratosphere," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Program description

Our SMS program sends account and service notifications, appointment and meeting reminders, replies to your inquiries, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing and promotional messages about our products and services.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our website with the SMS consent checkbox selected, by texting us first, or by otherwise giving us express written consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in you confirm you are the subscriber or the authorized user of the phone number you provided.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by program. Marketing programs send up to 20 messages per month. Conversational and transactional messages are sent as needed in response to your activity or requests.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies. Check with your carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may also opt out by emailing us at [email protected]. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email or other communications.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use a messaging provider (and its downstream carriers) solely to transmit messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date above and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
