Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- email addresses
- phone numbers
- contact preferences
- contact or authentication data

Phone numbers and SMS communications
When you provide your phone number and check the opt-in box (or otherwise provide express written consent), you agree to receive SMS (text message) communications from Stratosphere. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Our SMS program sends account and service notifications, appointment and meeting reminders, replies to your inquiries, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing and promotional messages.
- Consent: By opting in, you authorize Stratosphere to send you SMS messages at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent is specific to Stratosphere and is never transferred or sold to anyone else.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies by program. Marketing programs send up to 20 messages per month; conversational and transactional messages are sent as needed in response to your activity or requests.
- Carrier & Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-Out: You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may also opt out by emailing us at [email protected].
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
- Full SMS terms: See our SMS Terms & Conditions for the complete program terms.
- We do not share your phone number. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this notice exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.
- Service providers. We use a messaging provider (and its downstream carriers) solely to transmit messages on our behalf. These providers act as our processors under contract, may only use the phone number to deliver our messages, and may not use it for their own marketing.
- Retention: We retain your phone number and a record of your opt-in and opt-out for as long as you remain subscribed, and afterward only as long as needed to honor your opt-out and to evidence consent as required by law.
- Legal Basis: We process your phone number and related SMS data based on your consent, which you may revoke at any time.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
